One Word 2019
First a look back at the last few years of "one word" goals.... 2014 -- Stretch 2015 -- Step Back 2016 -- Release 2017 -- Risk 2018 -- Open And now for this year's one word... I love the first adjective definition -- firmly fixed, supported, or balanced, not shaking or moving. However, I also like the regular, even and continuous development (life-long learning). Steady as she goes this year :)
